Event Staff

Superior Events is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Staff to support event operations at various locations throughout the GTA.

Event Staff will assist with event setup, operation, and teardown, including arranging tables, chairs, event equipment and supplies, maintaining clean and organized event areas, and assisting the event team as required. This is a hands-on role that may involve lifting, carrying, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Candidates must be punctual, dependable, physically capable of performing event-related duties, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Evening, night, and weekend availability is required based on event schedules.

Previous event, general labour, warehouse, or setup/teardown experience is an asset but not required.

• Assist with setting up and tearing down events

• Set up tables, chairs, event furniture, equipment, and other event materials

• Move, organize, and position event equipment as directed

• Assist with loading and unloading event supplies when required

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event area

• Assist the event team during event operations as required

• Follow instructions from supervisors and event coordinators

• Handle event equipment and company property carefully

• Work collaboratively with other event staff

• Complete assigned duties efficiently within event timelines

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable performing physical work

• Able to lift, carry, push, and move event equipment

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments

• Available for evening, night, and weekend shifts

• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Professional and respectful when working around clients, guests, and other staff
