Picking/Packing Associate

Our client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picking/Packing Associates to join their team in Guelph, Ontario.

The Picking/Packing Associate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for someone who works carefully, follows instructions well, and can maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and picking instructions.

• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.

• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy.

• Label, wrap, and organize completed orders as required.

• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

• Maintain clean and organized picking and packing areas.

• Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements.

• Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.

• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as required.

• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to complete daily orders.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous picking, packing, warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience is considered an asset.

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is considered an asset.
