Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse and shipping activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing skids for shipment, moving materials using pallet jacks, loading products onto trucks, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This position involves regular physical activity and lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Previous forklift experience is not required.

Employees who are interested in learning forklift operation may have the opportunity to receive forklift training, depending on operational needs and suitability.

• Wrap and secure skids/pallets for shipment.

• Prepare products and materials for outgoing deliveries.

• Load skids and other materials onto trucks.

• Use manual and/or powered pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.

• Move, organize, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.

• Lift, carry, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse activities as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

• Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.

• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to workplace safety.

• Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.

• Steel-toe safety shoes are required.

• Employees must follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment-operating requirements.
