Warehouse Associate – Walkie Operator

Divino Business Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers for a warehouse operation in Belleville, Ontario.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience operating either a Raymond Reach Truck or an electric Walkie. You do not need experience on both types of equipment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations including order picking, moving skids, shipping and receiving, product verification, and preparing orders for shipment.

There are two schedules available depending on your equipment experience:

• Raymond Reach Operators: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Walkie Operators: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

This opportunity is well suited to someone who is safety-conscious, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Operate a Raymond Reach Truck or electric Walkie, depending on assigned role.

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.

• Move skids and products to designated warehouse locations.

• Load and unload products as required.

• Support shipping and receiving activities.

• Count and verify products for accuracy.

• Wrap and secure skids before loading.

• Complete equipment circle checks before and after use.

• Report damaged products or inventory concerns to the appropriate department.

• Use warehouse equipment safely and follow established operating procedures.

• Work with team members to meet daily productivity targets.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Must-haves

• At least 1 year of warehouse, order picking, material handling, or similar experience.

• Previous hands-on experience operating either:

  • a Raymond Reach Truck, or

  • an electric Walkie.

• Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and equipment operating requirements.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full assigned schedule.

• CSA-approved safety footwear.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid forklift certification.

• Experience operating Crown or Raymond warehouse equipment.

• Dockstocker experience.

• RF scanner experience.

• Shipping and receiving experience.

• Experience with inventory verification and order preparation.

• Consistent weekday schedule based on the assigned position.

• No regularly scheduled weekend shifts for the current schedules.
