Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join their team in Brantford, Ontario. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including handling materials, preparing and organizing products, moving inventory, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. This is a physically active position that requires employees to remain on their feet for most of the shift and regularly perform lifting, bending, reaching, and other warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including handling materials, preparing and organizing products, moving inventory, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
This is a physically active position that requires employees to remain on their feet for most of the shift and regularly perform lifting, bending, reaching, and other warehouse-related activities.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Receive, move, organize, and prepare products and materials within the warehouse.
Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders as required.
Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
Verify products, quantities, labels, and orders for accuracy.
Maintain organized inventory and work areas.
Follow workplace safety procedures and safe material-handling practices.
Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
Operate warehouse equipment where trained and authorized.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
Support other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical activities for most of the workday.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand workplace instructions and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience is considered an asset.
A valid forklift licence/certification is considered an asset.
Willingness to follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
