General Labourer

As a General Labourer on our day-shift team, you will play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly, handling parts, and ensuring rigorous quality standards. • Practice safe work procedures and strictly follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Load and unload customer metal products (medium to heavy parts) onto tooling and machinery.

• Ensure parts are correctly aligned and positioned on fixtures according to visual aids and specific job instructions.

• Perform visual quality checks to inspect finished products for surface defects.

• Package inspected parts properly into designated storage and shipment bins.

• Complete final inspection documentation and procedures as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace through daily housekeeping duties.

Must-Haves:

• Full-time availability for the fixed day shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (not suitable for student schedules).

• Physical fitness and the ability to bend, stretch, and lift medium to heavy items repeatedly.

• Comfort working in a manufacturing shop environment that can be warm during summer months.

• Outstanding attendance, punctuality, and a strong personal work ethic.

• Ability to provide verifiable professional references (HR department and past direct managers/supervisors).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial metal-working setting.

• Interest or willingness to complete company-sponsored training for forklift and overhead crane operation.
