Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates in Belleville, Ontario. The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, including unloading shipments, material handling, pallet rework, repacking, and general production-related duties.

• Unload floor-loaded containers and incoming shipments

• Sort, move, stack, and organize products and materials

• Rework and organize pallets

• Repack products and replace or repair boxes as required

• Prepare products and materials for storage or shipment

• Inspect products and packaging for visible damage

• Assist with general warehouse and production-related tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

• Assist team members with larger or heavier items when required

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs individually

• Most items handled are lighter than 50 lbs

• Larger or heavier items are handled safely by two employees

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

• Comfortable performing physically active warehouse work

• Previous warehouse, production, packaging, shipping/receiving, or general labour experience is an asset

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to perform repetitive and physical duties throughout the shift
