Residential Cleaning Technician/Contractor

We are looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians / Contractors to provide professional cleaning services at customers’ homes.

This is a hands-on, on-site role involving a variety of residential cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery and sofa cleaning, area rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, duct cleaning, and window cleaning.

Candidates must already have practical experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, car detailing, or a closely related field. Training will be provided on our specific equipment, products, cleaning procedures, and service standards.

The successful contractor will be responsible for travelling to assigned customer locations, setting up and safely operating professional cleaning equipment, preparing and protecting the work area, completing cleaning services to a high standard, and ensuring the customer’s home is left clean and organized after the service.

We are looking for individuals who are punctual, professional, customer-service focused, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential, as contractors will be representing our service while working directly inside customers’ homes.

• Travel to assigned residential customer locations and complete scheduled cleaning services.

• Set up and safely operate professional cleaning equipment, including extractors, CRB machines, cleaning wands, and related tools.

• Follow established service procedures and quality standards applicable to each assigned service.

• Prepare and protect the customer's work area before beginning service and leave the area clean and tidy upon completion.

• Confirm the approved scope of work with the customer before beginning the service.

• Safely use cleaning products and chemicals according to applicable instructions and safety requirements.

• Properly clean and maintain equipment used during assigned jobs.

• Report equipment problems, property damage, safety concerns, or customer concerns promptly.

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner while working inside customers' homes.

• Complete required service documentation following each job.

• Previous hands-on carpet or upholstery cleaning experience is preferred.

• Car detailing experience is considered a strong asset.

• IICRC certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

• Valid driver’s licence is required.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal service instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently at residential customer locations.

• Reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented.
